This policy explains what Take A Damn Shot collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
- Order info: name, email, shipping address, items purchased.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive a token and order metadata — never your full card number.
- Your Moment content: whatever you upload (text, photos, audio).
- Analytics: basic page-view data; no advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your order.
- To send order, shipping, and setup emails for Your Moment.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve the product.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers we need to run the business:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Resend (transactional email)
- Our hosting provider
- Shipping carrier (USPS / UPS / FedEx) — name & address only
We don't sell your personal information.
Recipients of Your Moment
The recipient sees Your Moment and can leave reactions/replies. They never see your billing email or shipping address.
Retention
Order records are kept for tax and warranty purposes (typically 7 years). Your Moment content is kept while it's active; you can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Email support@takeadamnshot.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies (session, cart). No third-party advertising cookies.
Children
The site is not intended for children under 13.
