Physical product

• 30-day return window from delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• Defective or damaged on arrival: we replace at no cost — see Shipping Policy.
• Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we refund the product cost.

Your Moment add-on (digital Your Moment)

• Refundable before the recipient scans the QR code, as long as Your Moment hasn't been opened.
• Once the recipient has scanned and opened Your Moment, the digital portion is non-refundable — the gift has been delivered.

How to start a return or refund

Email support@takeadamnshot.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order — it's faster.

Cancellations

We can cancel an unshipped order if you email within 24 hours of purchase. After that, treat it as a return.
