Welcome to Take A Damn Shot. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Take A Damn Shot sells keepsake glassware and an optional digital "Your Moment" add-on (also referred to internally as the Your Moment — a QR code linked to a recipient page). Contact: support@takeadamnshot.com.

2. Orders & payment

• All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't store card numbers.
• Sales tax is calculated by Stripe Tax at checkout based on your shipping address.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (with full refund) for any reason.

3. The Your Moment add-on

• The add-on includes a QR code, a recipient-facing page for Your Moment, and an owner dashboard.
• You're responsible for the content you upload (text, photos, audio).
• We host Your Moment on a best-effort basis. We may remove content that violates these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, harassing, or sexually exploitative. Don't try to break the site.

5. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant Take A Damn Shot a limited license to host and display it as part of Your Moment.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that Your Moment will be preserved forever. Back up anything irreplaceable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.
